It’s Saturday again and we started working on the rush. To be honest I didn’t have a clue how to solve it. We spoke about the topic in our little group of closer friends and figured a lot of things out. Clemens built some models out of Lego. What a great idea!
It’s a pleasure for me to work with all the peers but I really want to highlight Cam, Hendrik, Vincent, Clemens, Zurusch, Sergio, Gabi, Sebastian and Julien. I could write basically everyone here but these persons are those who I talk to the most.
I spoke to my Rush group the first time. I was lucky to got a group who already know the same like me. The whole day was fun as we divided the task in three clear tasks. I did the Command Line Input with error checking and created a 3 dimensional and filled it with the border values. They were passed in a strange order so I needed to create an algorithm to merge stuff. This was fun and we really did it as a team.
We had some issues with version control and needed to merge things a lot of times. I learned a lot about git when working in a group at the same files.
I worked the whole day with the guys and had no time for any other projects but it was totally worth it. I can’t believe that this whole thing will be over in just less than one week….
It’s really important to make friends during the Piscine. They help to stay sane and you also help them to stay sane as well. There are days where you will have a down and the guys just put a smile in your face. It’s all about “we’re in this together!”
Tips for Day 19
